Essential Resources
Here are three ways you can help future Hokies prep for move-in and learn more about the Campus Countdown giveaway
- Remind Hokies in your life to check their vt.edu email often — it’s the main source for housing deadlines, giveaway details, and helpful info about life on campus
- Encourage them to complete the New Student Checklist, the essential incoming Hokie to-do list. Have they checked off all the steps?
- Talk with them about FERPA — Under this federal law, students must set up permissions if they want parents or others to access their records or speak with VT on their behalf. Find more info under “June” on the Checklist.
